Advertise Bluebird’s new on-site winter camping options. Inform customers of both the benefits and challenges of this unique offering and help potential visitors determine if this experience is right for them.

Given the challenges and even safety concerns of the winter camping option, it is important that customers self select whether this is the right experience for them. Where it is a good match, we want customers to both book winter camping and come prepared with the right gear and attitude to ensure they have a great experience!

To meet these needs, I wrote an informative content marketing piece to help visitors get a realistic look at what winter camping can look like. The piece achieved the following goals:

1) Inform audiences about how to safely winter camp
2) Offer PRO tips on how to make winter camping fun
3) Drive customers to book winter camping at Bluebird

This article served as an evergreen piece that lived on Bluebird’s website and was linked on social media platforms. Not only was it helpful in the 22/23 season to introduce the new offerings, but in the following season select weekend camping offerings were 95% booked out three months in advance of the season launch. Additionally, this piece boosted Bluebird’s image as an educational and community focused brand helping outdoor enthusiasts looking to learn and grow in their craft.
